What is FX?

Any time you send or receive money from overseas and change the currency, that is an FX (Foreign Exchange) transaction. We help make this easier and provide competitive rates.

When will the money be received?

Payments are generally sent the same day as long as they are in the system before the relevant cutoff time. Our customer service team can advise you of the likely delivery date.

How do I pay for (settle) my trade?

By online or bank transfer. We do not accept cash or cheque for settlement.

How does Circadian FX save me money?

We offer competitive exchange rates. Clear pricing, an easy system and fast settlement save you time and money.

What is the cost, are there any hidden fees?

Setting up an account costs nothing and there is no obligation to use it. The pricing is clear, the rate you deal at is not adjusted in any way and there are no hidden fees.

Is dealing with Circadian FX going to be a complicated process?

No, you can exchange currency online and send it to the destination account in less than a minute. Get in touch for more information and we can walk you through a demo.

What are spot and forward contracts?

A currency bought for immediate, i.e. same day delivery, is a spot contract. A currency bought for delivery at a later date (up to one year) is a forward contract. Forward contracts can be used to lock in an exchange rate today for a future date.

Why are you called Circadian?

Your circadian rhythm is another name for your 24-hour body clock. The FX market is open 24 hours, and Circadian FX Solutions is open for business when it suits you!

Safeguarding of Funds

When funds are posted to your account, in line with regulatory requirements, the regulated payment/e-money institutions who we work with safeguard your funds. This means that the funds shown in your payment account or e-wallet are held at reputable banks or covered by an insurance policy, and most importantly, are protected for you in the event of our partner e-money/payment institutions’, or our, insolvency. Our partners stop safeguarding your funds when the money has been paid out of your account to your beneficiary’s account.

We can usually open corporate accounts on the same day that we receive your documentation, as long as there are no unforeseen complications with your application.

There is no charge to open an account and you will get competitive rates whenever you use us. After you set up an account there is no obligation to transact.
